The commissioning of a new electricity transformer will help in solving the problem of constant power outages in Siolim constituency said Siolim MLA Delilah lobo
Lobo was speaking during the commissioning of the 200 kva transformer at Sateri nagar Canca besides Delilah also present for the commissioning were deputy sarpanch of Canca digambar bicholkar, and panch members namely Ashok arlekar, Arti chari, Mohan Dhable Assistant engineer electricity department Umesh Azgaonkar and others. Delilah informed that transformer will help in solving the problem of constant major power outages which were occurring in the village
“Today this new transformer has been finally commissioned and it will solve the problem of constant power outages which were occurring in this village on a regular basis” said lobo adding that the long pending demand of the people has been finally fulfilled with the commissioning of the transformer
The cost of the transformer is around 24 lakhs and this with the commissioning of this transformer most of the most of the problems related to electricity will be re- solved and I assured the people that in the future there will not be power supply failures witnessed any more” said Delilah
Deputy sarpanch Digambar bicholkar thanked Delilah lobo for the constant follow up in getting the transformer commissioned before the Diwali festival
“We are thankful to Delilah madam for following up on this issue as there were severe power outages in this small area of Canca village the villagers were demanding that an electricity transformer be set up to solve the problem so paying heed to the demands of the people Delilah lobo took up the issue on priority and the power transformer has been finally commissioned” said deputy Sarpanch DIgmabar Bicholkar
