The Anjuna caisua Road Safety Committee submitted a memorandum to the traffic inspector Gaurish Parab requesting the Anjuna Police Traffic Department to co-operate in solving the traffic related problems in the Anjuna caisua Panchayat area.
Ex-officio Chairman and Sarpanch of Road Safety Committee Laxmidas Chimulkar, along with other members Agnes Carvalho, Dinesh Patil, Ramesh Naik, Mario Fernandes, Ravi Harmalkar and Anna Fernandes were present on this occasion.
In the panchayat area, moving carts obstructing traffic, vehicles parked improperly on the road, declaring no parking zone, painting traffic jams, putting up traffic rules boards, cooperating in the management of stray cattle, maintaining proper traffic arrangements during music festivals and other big events.
In the meeting Inspector Gaurish Parab assured that the Road Safety Committee will get all the co-operation of the Anjuna Police Traffic Department in this regard.
