Panaji: A car was hit by an unknown vehicle near Navratna Circle in Panaji on Friday afternoon the impact was such that after commimitng the accident the driver fled the scene of the crime.
The driver of the car was left baffled when he did not stop after committing the crime. The victim contacted the police and further investigation is in progress.
