Porvorim Residents Battle Mobile Connectivity Woes Amid Ongoing Highway Construction”
Porvorim, Goa – Residents of Porvorim are facing severe mobile connectivity and internet issues, disrupting daily life and work. Despite having Ethernet Express Cable connections, users are experiencing frequent disruptions due to damaged cables caused by ongoing digging work for the flyover on National Highways.
Residents are suffering from poor sound quality or complete loss of signal, frequent “out of range” or “switched off” messages, and difficulty contacting colleagues, friends, and relatives. This has forced residents to step out of their homes for better reception.
Past connectivity issues at Journalist Housing Colony led to problems after Airtel’s tower removal. Residents and journalists switched providers, seeking reliable connections. Although Jio’s launch brought temporary relief, its customers now face similar connectivity issues.
Residents are demanding urgent attention to repair damaged cables, improved mobile infrastructure for reliable connectivity, and enhanced telecommunication services for seamless communication.
The Ethernet Express Cable owner has promised swift resolution and assured connectivity restoration soon.
Porvorim residents demand prompt action to address these connectivity concerns, ensuring uninterrupted communication and work.
