Giants Group of Tivim Organizes Successful Dental Checkup Camp at Government High School, Mulgao

The Giants Group of Tivim, in collaboration with Goa Dental College & Hospital, conducted a Dental Checkup Camp for the students of Government High School, Mulgao on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The camp was inaugurated by Chief Guest Shri Govindraj Desai, Principal of Harmal Panchakroshi Higher Secondary School, in the presence of Gt Sanjay Banaulikar, Federation President, Dr. Fhelen Da Costa, Lecturer, Goa Dental College, Mrs. Swati Arondekar, Headmistress, Government High School, Mulgao, Gt Sudir Revankar, Unit Director, Gt Keshav Raikar, President, Gt Ganpat Raikar, Director Finance, and Gt Kishore Sawal, Secretary.

A team of 7 dental surgeons from Goa Dental College and Hospital, led by Dr. Fhelen Da Costa, provided comprehensive dental check-ups to 143 students from Std V to Std X. The team included Dr. Apoorva Dukle, Dr. Kunal Madne, Dr. Malan, Dr. Prajakta, Dr. Aditi, and Dr. Fleur. Out of the 143 students, 23 received treatment on the spot.

The Chief Guest, Shri Govindraj Desai, praised the Giants Group of Tivim for their service-oriented projects, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in promoting community health. During the event, the Giants Group of Tivim also inducted two new members, Yajesh Naik and Ramchandra Pal, into its fold, after they took the oath from Unit Director Shri Sudhir Revankar. Keshav Deshpande introduced the guests, Keshav Raikar welcomed, Ganpat Raikar acted as the compere, and Mrs. Swati Arondekar proposed the vote of thanks.
