Tivim Constituency Gets Ready for Elections: BLOs and Supervisors Trained for Smooth Polls”
Mapusa: The Election Commission of India and Chief Electoral Officer Goa have taken a significant step towards ensuring a smooth and transparent electoral process in the 04-Tivim constituency. A comprehensive training program was conducted for Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and BLO Supervisors, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Shri. Pandurang D. Gad, Deputy Collector & SDO -II Bardez (ERO – 04 Tivim AC), and Rahila Khan, Selection Grade Instructor, Govt. Polytechnic College, Panjim, led the training program, which was held at Saraswat Vidhyalay’s Anand Giri Keni Hall in Khorlim, Mapusa.
The training aimed to sensitize BLOs and BLO Supervisors about electoral procedures, their roles and responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining the integrity of the electoral process. With this training, the BLOs and BLO Supervisors are now better equipped to contribute to the success of the electoral process in the 04-Tivim constituency, ensuring a free, fair, and transparent election.
