“Monsoon Expression” Brings Goan Culture to Life at Sanskruti Bhavan
Panaji, Goa – The Directorate of Art and Culture organized a vibrant program, “Monsoon Expression,” dedicated to music, theatre, dance, folk, literature, and visual arts, including a painting exhibition. The program was inaugurated by renowned artist Hema Sardessai at Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji.
The event was attended by Director, Art and Culture, Shri. Sagun Velip, Dy. Director, Art and Culture, Shri. Milind Mate, and other distinguished guests. The “Monsoon Expression” program showcases the rich cultural heritage of Goa and provides a platform for artists to express themselves through various art forms.
