Goa’s “Goa Beyond Beaches” initiative is a prime example of the Vocal for Local approach, emphasizing quality tourism over sheer volume and highlighting spiritual tourism, cultural heritage, and nature-based experiences.
This initiative focuses on People, Economy, and Environment, ensuring that tourism development benefits the local community and preserves the state’s natural resources.
