Grand Opening of Raj Sarees by Ultimate Choice in Porvorim
Porvorim, August 19: A new destination for traditional and designer sarees — Raj Sarees by Ultimate Choice — was inaugurated today near Ghoomar, Chogum Road, Porvorim.
The grand opening ceremony was held in the presence of Chief Guest Shri Rohan Ashok Khaunte, Minister for Tourism, IT, E&C and MLA of Porvorim Constituency, and Guest of Honour, Shri. Kedar Naik, MLA Saligao & VC GSIDC , Smt. Sunita Sawant, Superintendent of Police, Anti-Narcotics Cell, Government of Goa. & Others.
Speaking at the event, Shri Khaunte praised the initiative, highlighting how such ventures not only promote traditional attire but also support cultural heritage and empower local businesses. MLA Naik & Smt. Sawant also expressed their views, encouraging Goans to embrace and preserve the rich diversity of Indian weaves.
