*GOA*— Malhar & The Sea, the ultra-luxury ‘Musication’ festival, is set to captivate an exclusive audience from August 22-24, 2025, at the breathtaking ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa. In its second year, this unique event, meticulously produced by Showhouse, blends the finest elements of music, culture, and gastronomy, offering a fully residential escape for a discerning group of 200 ultra-HNI couples.
The festival’s artistic showcase is a masterclass in musical diversity and tradition. A highlight that promises to be etched in memory is the once-in-a-lifetime performance by three generations of the legendary Sarod lineage: Ustad Amjad Ali Khan with his sons Amaan and Ayaan Ali Bangash, and grandsons Abeer & Zohaan. This intergenerational jugalbandi celebrates a rich musical heritage unlike any other.
The ‘Musication’ continues with performances from renowned percussionist Taufiq Qureshi, the enchanting folk songs of Malini Awasthi, and the powerful voice of Sensational Madhubanti Bagchi. Classical music aficionados will be treated to the masterful Sitar performance of Shakir Khan and the soulful vocals of Arshad Ali Khan. A special tribute will also be paid to the late Ustad Rashid Khan by his son, Armaan Khan. The lineup is further enriched by the Rajasthani Sufi melodies of Samandar Khan Manganiar, the Fado of Sonia Shirsat, and the serene morning ragas of The Flute Sisters, Suchismita & Debopriya.
