Indian Red Cross Society Bardez Taluka has been awarded BEST PERFORMING BRANCH AWARD

At the Annual General Body Meeting of Indian Red Cross Society Goa held at Raj Bhavan Today under the Presidentship of Hon. Governor of Goa, The President of Indian Red Cross Society, Goa , Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Indian Red Cross Society Bardez Taluka is honoured with BEST PERFORMING BRANCH AWARD at the hands of Hon. Governor of Goa. The Chairman of Bardez Taluka Prof. Subhash Kauthankar received the award along with other members of Bardez Taluka.

This award has been presented in recognition of outstanding services and dedication to humanitarian activities conducted in the year 2024-25, such as Free health check up camps and distribution of medicines, Dental camp, General Medical camps, Eye check up camps etc in remote places of Goa like Khotigaon in Canacona, Camurlim, Carambolim etc. Also taking up blood donation awareness camps, Flag day celebration, First Aid, Bandages and CPR training programmes for schools and Higher Secondary Schools, Health Quiz, Free Diabetic detection and Hypertension camps etc.
