The Anjuna caisua Biodiversity Management Committee has filed a complaint with the concerned authority to not grant any permission to the Sunburn Music Festival scheduled to take place at Vagator.
The organization of the Sunburn Music Festival leads to massive loss of biodiversity by felling of the trees on the hilltops, heaps of garbage remain in the place after the festival, the traffic problem during the festival collapses and traffic jams overwhelm the common people, , On behalf of the Anjuna caisua Biodiversity Management Committee, Chairman of the Committee Ramesh Naik has complained that this music festival should not be allowed due to the outbreak of dust and noise pollution which is adversely affecting the daily life of the common people here

Copies of this complaint have been given toDirector of Tourism, North Goa Superintendent of Police,Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anjuna Police Inspector and Anjua caisua Panchayat.
