Calangute Police registers an offence upon the complaint of Mr.Edwin Blasé Lourenco r/o Merces Tiswadi-Goa to the effect from 02/11/2023 to till date TNK at Auto Zone Garage,Calangute-Goa accused Mr. Sheldon Frank Vaz r/o Andheri Mumbai induced the complainant for sale of Audi Q3 (1014) bearing Registration No.GI 05 JH 8899 through OLX app. and in furtherance delivered the car to the complainant through accused Rohan kumar Kukarni c/o Auto Zone Garage at Calangute Bardez-Goa for a cumulative consideration of Rs. 6, 30,000/- knowing that they both are not the owners of the car and also refused to transfer the ownership to the complainant as promised.
