KRISHI MAHOTSAY 2024 TO BE HELD IN SAKHALI

Sankhli:  The Directorate of Agriculture is organising Krishi Mahotsav-2024 an agriculture Exhibition at Ravindra Bhavan, Sakhali-Goa from 24 to 25 February 2024 to disseminate improved technologies in Agriculture and create awareness about Government programme to the farmers.

The Exhibition will showcase Hi-tech Agri Inputs, Machinery & Equipments, Fertigation, Micro Irrigation, Organic farming, Post-Harvest Technologies, Animal Husbandry. Dairy, Fisheries, Water Pump & Pipes, Automation & Climate Control, Processing & Value Addition, Herbal & Medicinal plants and other various advance technologies.

In addition to showcasing different technologies, the training programme and demonstration on Mushroom production technology, Honey bee cultivation, Branding and Marketing of Value added products, Demonstration of grafting, Micro irrigation and fertigation, Soil moisture indicator and post-harvest processing technology etc will be organised during the exhibition.

The Exhibition will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa Dr. Pramod Sawant at 11.30 am in the presence of Hon’ble Agriculture Minister Shri Ravi Naik along with other dignitaries.
