Calangute Police on Saturday arrested one Ankush Babu Kale person from Maharashtra in illegal possession of 840 grams of narcotic drug ganja, worth Rs. 84,000
According to Calangute Police On 23.02.2024 between 20:40 hrs to 23:30 hrs at Bodkewod Junction, Porbawado, Calangute, Bardez Goa based upon the information received from the sources, a narcotic raid was conducted by the team consisting of PSI Rajaram Bagkar, PC 6118 Shri. Amir Garad, PC 6644 Shri. Vijay Naik, PC7106 Shri. Akash Naik and PC 6390 Shri. Sanjyot Kerkar, under the supervision of PI Saligao P.S Shri. Milind Bhuimbar holding charge of PI Calangute P.S and overall supervision of SP North Shri. Akshat Kaushal and SDPO Porvorim Shri. Vishwesh P. Karpe wherein Ankush S/o Babu Kale, age 35 yrs, R/o kalyan nagar, Bhum, Osmanabad, Maharashtra was found in illegal possession of 840 grams of narcotic drug ganja, worth Rs. 84,000/- approximately. The suspected accused person is arrested and is presently in police custody for further interrogation and investigation.
